Use the Image Armor Capping Solution as the final step in your daily DTG Printer maintenance procedure by putting a small amount through your capping station and / or flashing tray – it will keep ink from gelling / drying in the capping station / flush box / flashing tray and waste ink lines.

Leaving a few drops in the capping station just before shut-down of the printer for the day will also help to keep the ink in the nozzle plate / print head from drying out overnight, and make for a smoother start-up the next day.
