Information where machine for sale by DTG Solutions:

  1. Delivery, installation & training for locations within NSW, but outside of ~300km of Sydney can be arranged at a reasonable charge to cover additional travel and accommodation costs. We strongly recommend that if you are new to the DTG game, you engage our training services to ensure that you have the best possible start to your new venture. Our printer training & installation service covers set-up of the printer, software training, preparation of garments for printing, machine operation and machine maintenance, and is conducted over 2 days. Training and installation is a most valuable investment for your new venture.
  2. Warranty labour is included however travel costs are not covered and will be at the customer expense where the printer is installed outside of 300km of Sydney, NSW. Warranty does not extend to consumable items such as inks nor to the print head. Warranty does not apply where: the printer has not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or specifications provided with the printer; or to damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage (including ink or cleaning solution spillage), mis-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, the operation of a computer virus of any kind, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the printer.
  3. These warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies that are available to the Customer at law. DTG Solutions’ goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The Customer is also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  4. All other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted at law.
  5. The selling price does not include delivery or shipping cost outside of ~300km radius of Sydney, NSW. Freight will need to be arranged by the buyer.

If making payment by direct deposit / bank transfer, be sure to use your order ID as the payment reference and to email a copy of the bank receipt confirming payment to orders@dtgsolutions.com.au.  If the email confirmation of payment is not received, your order will ship only when funds have cleared to our bank account.

Shipping Info

Please note that Couriers Please and Fastway collect the day following the day that booking is made. Most other courier options require booking before 11am for same day collection (which means we’ll need your order by 10.00am to be able to have it ready in time).

We cannot ship to PO boxes using courier services. Please select one of the Australia Post (Express Post or Parcel Post) options if you wish to ship to a PO Box.

How Quickly will I Receive my order?

We do our best to pack your order ready for shipping on the same (business) day once payment has been accepted. This is subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends. Due to courier booking cut-off times, orders with a Courier shipping option received after 10am on any business day will generally be dispatched the following business day. Express Post or Regular Parcel Post shipping orders received by 2pm will generally be dispatched same (business) day.

Courier options (eg Couriers Please, Startrack, TNT etc) are generally a 1-2 day service to most capital cities and major regional locations within Australia, however shipments to more minor regional areas will require additional transit time.

Due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19 on staffing levels and high parcel volumes, you may experience delivery delays. Our network of courier partners are endeavouring to ensure that you receive your delivery as quickly as possible.

Which Shipping Service should I Choose?

You will be able to select from various shipping options during Checkout (before you finalise your order).

Please ensure you refer to the freight calculator to understand the cost for delivery to your postcode at Checkout.

Courier services denoted with ATL are “authority to leave” services – which means that if you select one of these shipping methods, you elect to have goods left without signature, and you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door. It’s recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you put down a relevant delivery address if you have selected a Courier option. For example, if you are working, we recommend you have your order delivered to work where you can sign for receipt of delivery.

Parcel Post and Express Post services are provided by Australia Post.  Due to social distancing measures introduced in 2020/2021, Australia Post WILL leave your parcel in what they consider to be a safe location if no-one is available to take delivery.  

What if I Don't Receive my Order?

We do our absolute best to ensure that your goods are delivered to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes things do go wrong and your shipment delivery may be delayed . Once the goods have been collected by the couriers or lodged with the Post Office, we have no control over the parcel’s trip to you. Needless to say, we will help with tracking and follow up with the courier company if needed.

Of course, should it become evident after full investigation that the parcel is lost in transit with no hope of recovery, we will replace the order.
